I'm a software operator. I started a holding company in 2024, because I was interested in working on a problem related to founders exiting their companies. And I think things got really interesting for holdcos in the AI age.

My background leading up to Tether, ~chronologically:

• Held a bunch of IC roles at a few startups (eng, sales, product, marketing, ops, finance, etc.)
• Burned my hand on the angel investing stove
• Raised a few $100k in VC
• Built 3 revenue generating software apps from scratch

I'm a University of Michigan (MBA) and US Coast Guard Academy (BS Operations Research) grad.
